Local transport in the greater Présenet Area

The public transport company of the greater Prèsenet area, the CTP (Communau Trafficq de Prèsenet), organizes the excellent public transport in the capital.

The CTP (City Transport Authority) is responsible for the city's entire bus network, subway system, and part of the commuter rail network. The subway is particularly popular because of its singing ticket inspectors. Years ago, a friendly fellow with a camera noticed that he encountered far fewer fare dodgers when he regularly checked tickets at the same locations and accompanied his inspections with a chanson. This has led to the creation of several well-known songs. It's even said that the last Eurovision Song Contest winner, Fredy Chals-Crancq, was discovered this way.
